What Causes Sharp Abdomen And Back Pains Along With Pain While Urinating?
Good afternoon. Recently today I've been having sharp pain in my lower right abdomen and sharp pain in my lower back... that's has never left me. I cant walk cause it hurts in the area.. and I it hurts to urinate. I'm starting to think it's my mirena but honestly I don't know.

The problem could be because of a Urinary tract stone. I would suggest you consult your doctor as soon as possible, I would suggest a Ultrasound of the abdomen and a urine exam . You will also need a physical exam to find out the cause of the pain
