What Causes Sharp Anal Pain?
Hi i wanted to know if something is wrong with me because i have been constipated for & a week now and i ate and drank stuff to make me poo but every time i try to poo there is a sharp pain in my butt hole and it makes it hard for me to poo cause its painful

As per your clinical details, it seems that you are suffering from severe constipation. In that case, stool in terminal end becomes dry and hard and block the anal area that is why after taking so much of laxatives stool did not pass out from anus.
At this case, my advise is kindly take Lactulose enema stat or twice a day along with 20 ml Lactulose syrup 4 times a day.
