What Causes Sharp Heart And Collarbone Pains With Breathing?

Please type your query here...Hi, i am a 28 y/o female and suffer from sharp pains in the heart and collarbone on a regular basis which intensifies when i breath in. What could this be? It is almost like a very bad stitch but is not brought on by physical activity.
