Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your pain is classic loin to groin pain which starts from lower back and shoots towards the groin which is suggestive to kidney involvement, in most of the cases the cause is kidney stone or renal infection. I would recommend you to get ultrasound kidney ureter and bladder done along with complete urine examination to rule out the cause of pain. To control the pain I would recommend you to use Diclofenac once or twice a day as required.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
