What Causes Sharp On The Lower Back?

Hello...I am a 34 year-old mother of an 11 & 7 year old. My tubes were tied after I had my daughter. I am experiencing some sharp pains on the left side of my c-section cut to my lower back. I do have a history of ovarian cyst and a family history of ovarian cancer. Please advise. Thank you
