What Causes Sharp Pain Above Left Eye?

Yesterday I had a sharp pain above left eye, it only lasted for less than 30 seconds & went away. I had the same thing happen today. I'm a 39 year old female, 225lbs. No medical issues at this time. I have recently changed my diet & began exercising 5 days a week

Often such temporary issues have no diagnosis made. No diagnostic criteria can be met to fit into one. I suggest if you have severe headaches accompanying / nausea or vision problems we can fit into particular diagnosis. For now I suggest you to not to worry and continue your wt loss therapy. Make sure the blood sugars are under control, if you have a chance to meet a doc get your BP checked.
