Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am 19, about 5'4 and I weight around 110. For the past four days I have had a yellow discharge coming from my anus and have not been able to go to the restroom. Every time I try there is a sharp pain (as if something is torn) in my anus and I am unable to pass anything. Sometimes I feel gassy and if I pass gas the yellow discharge will be on my underwear. There is also pain in my abdominal (I'm not sure if this has to do with this problem but I assume so). The day after I noticed this discharge, I was out with my horse and we had an accident which caused me to have a bruised tailbone, which makes it even harder for me to push to go the restroom because it hurts so bad. I am considering going to the ER tonight because I am very worried about this but embarressed at the same time. Can you please tell me what's wrong?
