Everytime I go to sleep and I'm just relaxing lying down I get the worst sensations ever, like I'm really sinking and sharp tight chest pains but had the worst one yet just it felt like my heart stopped and I had to gasp for air while it feels like I'm falling 100mph and I get a sharp pain in my right arm as it happens too I'm too scared to close my eyes , please help me l!!

I think you have anxiety related symptoms.However, since chest pain and shortness of breath are indeed hallmark symptoms of cardiovascular illnesses, attributing these pains to simple anxiety is a diagnosis of exclusion (other conditions must be ruled out first).A cardiovascular examination and electrocardiogram required and if results say that no heart problem is there then the diagnosis of anxiety can be made.
While anxiety disorder can certainly be serious, it is not life threatening.
A variety of treatments are available, including several effective medications, and specific forms of psychotherapy.
People can use a number of lifestyle changes like aerobic exercise, avoiding alcohol, caffeine, as well as stress-management techniques to help decrease anxiety.
