Your pain is in epigastrium and possibly is gastrointestinal in nature... It has many other causes .peptis ulcer disease .gall bladder stone .pancreatitis
Toy can start cap.omeprazole 40 mg once a day before the meal .avoid hot coffee spo es and alcohol If you I.prove with it then fine if not Then... I would advise to do some test like ultrasound d abdomen,ECG and blood test to rule out other diseases.
