After hysterectomy due to several factors that may trigger pain such as deep vein thrombosis, damage to the femoral nerve or anesthesia effects etc. If a patient is suffering from pain in legs after hysterectomy, she must consult her doctor. Medications and suitable physiotherapy exercises may helpful. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
