What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Temple?

I have been having a sharp jabbing pain in my left temple that goes up to the top of my head on the left side. Also a lot of numbness and tingling in my left cheek down to the bottom of my left ear. This started 3 days ago and is very annoying. I am 65 with high blood pressure .this also makes my left eye fell weird

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be due to the functional elements and anxiety and depression and this could come around without the treatment no need to worry about this, for the symptomatic relief you can try Tab Acetaminophen with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, have nice day.
