What Causes Sharp Pain In Leg During Pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks and 2 days today and for the past couple days I have had a sharp shooting pain through my upper right leg, what could this be? I am concerned because when i was 32 weeks i had contractions 2 to 3 minutes apart and the doctor had to give me a shot to stop the contractions.

The lower limb pain is because of pressure effect of uterus on limb.
It may be because of anemia also.
