What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen?

Every once in a while I get a random sharp pain in my lower abdomen in the exact same spot. Sometimes when I sneeze or roll over in bed or I might be doing nothing at all. It s a very sharp pain but lasts only a couple of seconds and only occurs once every few weeks. Should I be worried about this?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in lower abdomen in the same spot on sneezing or rolling over in bed, Pain is sharp but lasts for only a few seconds and once in a few weeks.
This indicated the pain of a neurological origin and should be investigated as there may be a serious problem lingering underneath.
I would advise you the following:
MRI of the spine.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon and further examinations as needed to see whether there is any swelling in the abdomen or spine that this pain is coming from.
Let the diagnosis be perfect so that a treatment can be planned as needed.
