Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
Your problem is most likely on hip joint as you excluded other abdominal problems by ultrasound. It can be a radiating pain of hip joint arthritis. It can be ruled out by an orthopedic physical examination and x ray of hip. I usually treat my patients with such conditions with short course of NSAID drugs, Calcium with vitamin d3,and physiotherpy in some cases. NSAIDs with capsaicin gel also i advice for some patients.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further Query.
