What Causes Sharp Pain In My Lower Stomach While Passing Stools?

hi so for about a month now almost every time i go poop i get a very sharp pain in my lower stomach and it takes anywhere from 30 mins to an hour sometimes going back and forth to the bathroom it drains me of energy comletley and sometimes it makes me vomit what is wrong with me???
