Hello
I share your concern
Acid reflux might be related to stomach
hyperacidity or
Acid peptic disease, but swelling of legs is a matter of concern which warrants further evaluation like blood testing for hemoglobin, CBC, liver function test, kidney function test like blood urea and
serum creatinine, recording of blood pressure.
I would advise you to take antiacidity medicines like
pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids for acid reflux and you can take antiemetic drug like domperidone for vomiting.
Meanwhile you should take adequate fluids including ORS to counter
dehydration and electrolyte imbalances caused by vomiting.
You should avoid junk and fried food, no smoking and alcohol consumption
Yoghurt and curd will definitely help you.
Hope this answers your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
