What Causes Sharp Pain In The Chest Down To The Nipples?

I have a sharp needle-piercing pains all over my chest down to the nipples. This started last night when I woke up feeling like vomit, after a few gagging and the pain hit me. Again this morning when brushing my tongue. The pain lasted for few minutes on both occasions.

Hello,

Chest Pain below the nipple maybe due to pleurisy or lung infection or aspiration or viral fever or muscle pain or cardiogenic pain.

Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
