General & Family Physician, Dr. Sandhya's Response
Hello!
I would suggest you to get a physical examination to know the cause of bleeding and to be on the safer side as partial hysterectomy involves only the removal of the uterus and not the cervix. Sometimes, underlying issues with cervix can result in bleeding. Per vaginal examination, pap smear and a CAT scan is recommended. Please get back with the reports and make sure you visit at the earliest. Hoping the best for you!
