What Causes Sharp Pain In The Wrist After I Got Punched?
I was play-fighting with my brother and got punched in the arm pretty hard near my wrist. There's no swelling or bruising but whenever I twist my arm in the slightest I get a sharp pain. Is there a chance I cracked a bone, or is it just normal soreness?

I would suggest you to get x ray as there is chances of fracture so that is to be rule out. Till you get your x ray i would recommend you to apply ice, take Brufen tablet and compression bandage. You can also apply diclofenac gel .
