What Causes Sharp Pain In Throat?

i eat a egg pie and when i swallowed it i felt sumthing sharp in my throt and it hurts really bad like im being stab ovet and over again its painful like i cat eat anything after that qhen i turn my head to the left it hurts when i lay down and move a certain way it hurts should i go to the emergency room

Something sharp which u ate must have cause ulcer in back part of throat. U should avoid spicy food and have an antacid- anaesthetic syp eg tricaine/ Rantac - MPS, 10 no thrice a day.
