What Causes Sharp Pain Near The Chest Area?

Hi,
I am 23, weigh about 60 and whenever i sit casually i feel a pin poking pain near heart area, and it went off after being straight or stood up. It also make me feel some what a weight near my heart area.

What it is all????

Kindly, reply even if it seems strange because it pains alot for few seconds.

Dear-thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will give you my medical advise.First of all, I am assuming that you are 60kg of weight not 60 pounds.It is important that you have a cardiac evaluation with an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram to make sure that you don't have an arrythmia or valvular heart disease.Chest pain can come from irritation of the costal bones too.
