i have small sharp pains in my head two weeks allover head and around templesand sometimes cool tingly feeling at forehead and now i have diharea.with pain in my jaw and lower back, i had a spasm type feeling in my left side temple area about a month ago.

The physical examination is crucial in this case,the doctor can find a rope-like structure in front of your left ear.
