What Causes Sharp Pelvic Pain After Intercourse?

Hi doctor my ovulation starts 14th and a had unprotected sex on 13th and I took positnor 2 and yesterday 15th I had another unprotected sex but I usually breath out d sperm immediately after sex now I'm feeling some sharp pain in my pelvic area if I don't take another drug hope I will not be pregnant?I know that's a good morning how's my question in this part uncle

Hi,
I understand your query.
You had taken Postinor after unprotected sex just before your ovulation- so pregnancy was overruled .You had another unprotected sex within 2 days of postinor-. so there is possibility that it's effect was maintained till then as-
Postinor prevents pregnancy by three ways.
- stops/ postpones ovulation,
- It changes cervical mucus & prevents spermatic movement to mature ovum,
- It brings about hormonal changes in uterine lining & avoids embedding of fertilized ovum in uterus.
* still you should be cautious about your next periods. The period may be delayed by a week because of the drug,but longer delay- you must exclude pregnancy- & terminate if it's there.
* Postinor should be used as an emergency contraceptive. repeated use may lead to hormonal imbalance. Use of cyclical contraceptives is a better option.
After using Postinor once in a month, it's better to supplement next
inter courses with barrier method ( condom),rather than relay on the pill taken previously.
