What Causes Sharp Pelvic Pain With Brownish Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?
I am 38 weeks pregnant. I am experiencing very sharp pains in the front of my pelvic area and lower abdomen. So powerful they made me lean over. They did not subside when walking. When I went to the restroom, the paper was also a strong beige color when I wiped. My breasts and chest area now hurt and I can feel that twinge of pain down there, plus my back has began to ache. Should I go to the hospital.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion as you are in 38 weeks and you are at term the pelvic pain and brown discharge mostly indicates you might be in the process of labour.So I suggest you to get an examination done by your consultant.Its normal before the onset of labour pains.
