What Causes Sharp, Shooting Pain Between Shoulder Blades?
for about the last 2 to 3 weeks i have been having very sharp painful pains shooting thru between my shoulder blades.I had thought i twisted or turned wrong and it would heal itself.. but it is still with me and hasnt got better, it isnt constant but very frequent

It looks like a nerve root entrapment in the cervical spine and an MRI is suggested. Using cervical collar, doing hot water fermentation, strengthening exercises for neck and inter-scapular muscles along with shoulder stabilization exercises should help reduce the symptoms or pain in the shoulder blades and also the radiating symptoms.
