It looks that you have undergone Ultrasonography, it does not show many of the problems I mentioned, hence yes need of contrast enhanced CT scan of the whole abdomen. And also needed are proper investigations of blood, urine and stool as guided by a general surgeon after clinical evaluation. This way a proper diagnosis will be made and a curative treatment done.
