Hii sir, I m not a chain smoker. Bt I smoke some times along with my frnds. When I smoking I lose my body control, start to shivering and sweating. So I quit smoking. But I have to know onething. Is any problem with my brain or any part in the body for this imbalance.

Hello,
Tobacco contains nicotine, as you already know. This nicotine gets readily absorbed into the blood and enters circulation. From there it goes to the brain and activates a number of areas. This results in its usual effects. The shivering and sweating you feel is a part of it. Now you might wonder why your friends don't feel the same; that's because their bodies have gotten used to of it. So you don't need to worry at all, there is nothing wrong with your body or mind, it's just the way things are.
Regards
