Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are concerned about the difficulty in writing that you have been experiencing. From the description of your symptoms like shivering when writing, applying too much pressure when writing and losing control while writing, you appear to be suffering from a problem called "Writer's cramp" or "Focal dystonia".
This problem is often worsened by anxiety and this is why your problem seems to be more when writing in the presence of others. I would suggest that you have an EMG test to confirm the diagnosis. There are effective treatment strategies like medication and biofeedback techniques which can help you overcoming your problem. Also practicing relaxation exercises will also be helpful.
Wish you all the best.
