What Causes Shock Like Sensation In Elbow?

sometime ago i punched a window with my right hand and resulted in getting stitches on the inside of my elbow and now i get like some sort of minor shock and i feel it all the way to my wrist did i damage something or will it affect me later in life?and the same thing that happens to the inside of my elbow with the shock i get it with my left wrist through my pinky what can i do? how will this affect me later? what should i do?Also i cant seem to rest both of my elbows or even rest the on a hard surface without it seriously hurting bad what can i do?

Ulnar nerve is superficial in both elbows so whenever any thing touches it causes electric shock like sensations up to wrist and even little and ring fingers. It is normal. Nothing to worry about it.
