sometime ago i punched a window with my right hand and resulted in getting stitches on the inside of my elbow and now i get like some sort of minor shock and i feel it all the way to my wrist did i damage something or will it affect me later in life?and the same thing that happens to the inside of my elbow with the shock i get it with my left wrist through my pinky what can i do? how will this affect me later? what should i do?Also i cant seem to rest both of my elbows or even rest the on a hard surface without it seriously hurting bad what can i do?
