What Causes Shooting Pain In The Head?

For the past 4 or 5 days when I shower and the water is spraying the back of my head. When I go to rinse out the shampoo or condition on the right side of my head towards the front I get an extreme shooting pain going from the right front side of my head directly to my eye. It only does this when I m in the shower. Not when I m sleeping, moving around, even when my hair is up now in a pony tail it doesnt hurt to put pressure on my head or rub it hard. Any thoughts?

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes including high blood pressure, sinusitis or errors of refraction. I would recommend that you measure your blood pressure and get yourself your eyes examined.
