Hi I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. Had surgery to remove it, but could not remove the ones on the rectum. Now I have another problem. Shooting pains to the vagina and the anus.. The pain is excruciating and tramadol does not help. Please confirm what I have and how to fix it pls. I have had an ultrasound and there were no cysts all clear. Thank you. Kind regds
