What Causes Shooting Pain On Left Testicle?

I am having shooting pain on my left testicle, which is there from two days( four to five times a day ), today frequency increased in the evening, everey 5 minutes once, the pain is like air line starting from front top of testicle and running down turning back of testicle and rising up to 150 mm height.

The pain you are explaining can be a referred pain from the impacted urinary stone in the ureter.
This will be easily diagnosed on ultrasonography of the abdomen and of the scrotum too , in case to rule out any problem in the testis or epididymis.
Go for ultrasonography and the treatment will depend upon the diagnosis.
