What Causes Shooting Pains In Butt Hole, Stomach And Vomiting?

having sharp shooting pains in my butt hole after going poop and sharp shooting pains in stomach and chills and feel like throwing up doctors said they cant find anything so they are putting a tube down my throught or up my anus on the 25 what could this be before I go in

I can understand your concern towards your symptoms
1) What about your bowel habit? Had you experienced bleeding from butt hole after or during passing stool?
2) Pain around butt hole give suspicion to anal fissure but it might be visible on physical examination of that area.
3) Another possibility for this type of pain around butt hole and in stomach is diverticulitis, for which your physician had suggested you to undergo colonoscopy.
4) This condition does not produce pain unless it become inflamed for which medical treatment with antibiotics and pain-killers is required.
5) Sometimes, surgery is required to treat complication developed from this condition.
