What Causes Short Intervals Of Chest & Back Pain?

I'm 17, female 110 lbs. and 5'1". I'll have trouble breathing and I'll get intense chest pains. I get pains in my back, jaw, shoulder and chest. It happens out of nowhere. It can last 15 minutes or longer. Could this be a sign of a heart attack? Thank you for taking time in reading this. Please answer.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. In such cases advise to do a chest X ray and ECG to rule out problems regarding heart and lung.If it is clear and pain while palpation on rib area is present then the problem is most likely costochondritis. For that i treat with anti inflammatory gels of diclofenac or nimusulide for local application. For some i give oral tablets also.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
