What Causes Short-lived Vision Problems Occasionally, Followed By A Headache?

For the last 15 min the vision in my right eye got wavy/spectrum ish. It has happened once or twice before in the last couple of years. It comes on out of nowhere and lasts only about 10-20 min each time. I do not have a migraine or headache when it happens but I get a headache (not a migraine) when it's over.

the problem as discussed above might be associated with condition like amurosis fugax in which transient decrease in vision occurs for some period of time and again returns back to normal. keep a check on your blood pressure ,cholesterol levels and blood sugar.
