What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Painful Heavy Breathing?

I get short of breath 3 to 4 time a week I cannot in hale air its very hard I had this shortness of breath for 10 yrs but its getting worth and I fill my left back side of my lung like heavy and kind of a small pain today it been on for more than 4 hours

I can understand your concern.
You are having these symptoms since 10 years.
So possibility of chronic bronchitis is more.
And so better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system.
2. Chest x ray
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule other lung diseases.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Don't worry, you will be alright.
But better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
