Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Noted you are having asthma that is allergic condition..... So here your presentation is congestive symptoms by allergy or viral infection... Mostly you are having viral infection and that secondary lead congestive symptoms ... In such condition diarrhea also can occur.... So first avoid stress ...Don t worry. Consult physician or pulmonologist for auscultation... If rhonchi heard and dyspnea is also complain then bronchodilator given... Meanwhile for congestion relief give benadryl like drug....
