What Causes Shortness Of Breath?

ok sometimes I am short of breath , I have benign knupsels in my lungs, and my doctor thinks I have a problem with heart, I am 76 and never had a heart problem , she wants me to do an echocardiagram and nucleus I am not sure I need any of this . 6 years ago I had an echocardiagram and was a false positive , so now I am not sure If I want to do that. oh by the way is there a cost involved by getting advise? I so I have to back out right a way since I am not able to pay . thank you anna hicks
