Hi, For a few months now I have been having shortness of breath. I have the need to take deep breaths all the time. I feel like there are weights on my chest or it is constricted in some way. I feel pressure in my head. I am dizzy, have mini blackouts, get tingles in arms and legs and almost feel like I can't even lift my arms. I have been feeling very lethargic for months now. I notice that the symptoms subside when lying down. They also seem to be worse after eating? I also feel like my brain just isn't working properly. I don't have clarity and I'm doing and saying weird things. I have had AF before but I don't really think that my heart is the problem although I do get a lot of chest pain when exercising but echo test said was ok. I have considered it to be anxiety related but I'm not under any stress and the fact that it subsides when lying down makes me think that it's more physical than psychological. I have visual disturbances which leave me feeling nauseous. It's becoming a real nuisance as it is affecting my life drastically. I had a holter monitor test a few days ago - awaiting the results, but really don't think it will show anything up. Do you have any suggestions?
