What Causes Shoulder Pain Along With Tightness In Neck?

i have pain going down my shoulder also around my shoulder blade into my arm a lot of pain just above my elbow joint and going into the back of hand which feels like a tingle or pins and needles. this has been going on for a few months but is progressively becoming more painful and keeping me awake. also alot of tightness in my neck.

After going through your query I cancluded that you are having cervical spondylitis with neuropathy. Treatment of it is Diacerine and glucosamine which prevents and to some extent repair the degenerative changes. Mecobalamine is helpful in recovery from neuralgic pains. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in relief of pain. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
