i have shoulder blade pain that goes around under my right arm and into my chest my 2 fingures are numb and pain goes down my arm 4t,5t,6t,rib is sore when touched in the front, what causes this and how long to heal. i am in therphy 2 times a week to try and move the ribs back i think my ribs have been like this for some time i cant remember a time when this area was not sore on the front of my chest i am 46 and 120 lbs 5ft1
