What Causes Shoulder Pain Upon Gripping Hands?

if I squeeze something with my hand, that shoulder snaps loudly and i m unable to move it and have extreme pain in the front of that shoulder. when I bend at the waist, relax and dangle that arm somethin snaps, goes back into place and pain subsides and I can move again.

Hi,

The symptoms can be due to muscle spasm or ligament injury. As of now you can try analgesics like Acetaminophen or Diclofenac for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, you have to consult an orthopedic and get evaluated. You have to go for an MRI scan for detailed evaluation. Wishing you good health.
