Hi, I am having poorly formed poos everyday.. most of the times it looks like shredded wheat. i poo 2-3 times a day normally. sometimes i poo 1 or 4 times. on an avergae i can say it is 2 times a day. I try to eat healthy. This problem with poo started like some 4 months ago when i started taking Protein powder. I still take protein powder like 40 grams a day. I thought it might be because of milk and i cut milk and whey protein. I am only using all natural plant based protein but still no use.. I sometimes get stomach bloating as well. i eat a lot of fruit as well. i eat like 10 almonds a day. all these changes started 4 months ago when i started working out so i dont know why i am having this problem.
it is most probably due to your recent change in diet, due to its high fiber content. you could consult a doctor, preferably a clinical nutritionist, to help you adjust your diet accordingly so you will not have much of those loose stools, as this might affect your weight and the possibility of electrolyte imbalance sec to losses. management will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
