Hello,

Since Viagra is also not working, you may need hormone therapy and medications to improve blood flow. You may require nerve treatment as well. Take homemade food, do regular exercise. If obese do walking twice daily, maintain healthy weight. Avoid sedentary lifestyle, stay active to enhance circulatory health.

Sometimes, such symptoms arise due to anxiety, stress, or depression. Maintain a cordial, loving relation with your partner. Both the partners are advised to visit a counsellor. Counselling works well in cases of strained or toxic relationship. Reduced blood flow can result due to underlying medical conditions like diabetes or atherosclerosis.

Diabetes also triggers neuropathy and nerve damage. Get nerve conduction velocity tests, imaging tests and required tests done to detect developing neuropathy so that you can be treated at the earliest. Control your blood sugar level at all costs. Switch to healthy lifestyle. Low testosterone levels can affect size and sensation. Get tested.

You can take food rich in protein or food & medicines that boost testosterone level. Get clinically examined by a urologist to detect prostatitis or Peyronie's disease. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
