Hi,
Your symptoms could be due to either from gastrointestinal disturbance or hormone excess. Pregnancy may be confirmed/ excluded through estimation of serum beta-hCG titres as urine tests may not give a conclusive reading in your case. A trans-vaginal sonogram also helps to know the cause. If pregnancy is excluded, it could be just a normal but scanty period; sometimes this happens when ripening of the endometrium is insufficient owing to hormone depletion. Hope this helps.
