What Causes Sickness , Feeling Sleepy And Fatigue During Pregnancy?

I am 11 wks pregnant and feel sick all day, sleep for hour through the day and in bed at 8pm. I get bad heads, feel ruff like the after effects of drinking, no energy at all. Sleepy and feel rubbish. Didn't feel like this when I had my little girl 8yr ago it was good bit sick on a morning then fine.

Thanks for asking Healthcare Magic.Well your body is going through so many changes like hormonal and physical, few women feel like just tired and few feel more serious problems like nausea and vomiting. If you are feeling just tired and no other symptoms like nausea ,no need of any medicine just take small naps,and plenty of fruits in diet and keep yourself hydrated.that's it .If you have any other queries/question please feel free to ask.
