What Causes Sickness In The Morning Suddenly?
This morning i didn t feel very well when i got up, I felt very spacey and hot, a couple of hours after getting up i was sitting at the computer and i started to feel hot and dizzy, every thing went black and i passed out for a few seconds. Can you please help

immediately after you get up do drink atleast a litre of water.
go out for a walk or jog.
be relaxed
then sit in front of the computer..
