What Causes Sickness With Alternating Constipation And Diarrhea?
I am a 23 year old female I have been sick and been having lower back pain been also finding it had to go to the toilet. Have been to see my doctor and they gave me tablets and then i havent stopted going to the toilet. Also took a tests to see if i was having a baby but they were negctive!! Just wondered if you kown what was up??
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history about a 23 year old female and understood the concerns. Diarrhea and low back pain can be due to intestinal infection and thus a proper investigations are needed to see for the diagnosis and have proper management. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Insist for tests of stool, urine and blood so that a proper diagnosis can be done. If intestinal infection is present then you need a proper course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotics. Also take boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water. Homemade fresh foods only. The lower back pain can be a reflex pain due to colitis or can be due to local causes like muscle spasm and should be examined by a Doctor to get an accurate diagnosis so that a proper management can be done. Apply local Rubefacient liniment. Take rest also.
