What Causes Sickness With Neck And Head Pain?

Hi, I ve been told I have possible IBS or Celiac s & have had 2 gardnerella infections. I feel very sick, & am having around 30 varying symptoms. I keep wondering if I have a parasite that I picked up on vacation from NY to Chesapeake bay, VA or an infection from my old apartment. I have pains all over & bad neck/head & possible Premenopause at 30. My doctor doesn t seem to want to give me anything because they probably think I m pill shopping like the rest of my peers. How can I get a diagnosis simply or at least short term meds to help? I won t take SSRI s or any long term meds due to bad reactions. Nobody will agree to give me 5 xanax, I web cammed myself & it shows me hyperventilating in my sleep. I don t have a past drug abuse history. Just 10 yrs of meds.

Noted the history of possible IBS or Celiac, Gardnerella infections, have 30 various symptoms, possible premenopause at 30, and so on.
All the symptoms indicate that you may have a Psycho-somatic factor at play as you have 30 different symptoms that you have counted upon.
I would advise you the following:
To have a systematic approach:
First of all, consult a Gastroenterologist and get a clinical evaluation.
Tests of stool, blood, urine.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Colonoscopy.
Other required tests.
If there is any positive finding, get treated accordingly.
If all the tests are normal then the possible help is by:L
Get treated on the ground of IBS.
Simultaneously get an opinion of a Psychiatrist and treatment if needed.
Another opinion of you Gynecologist and possible treatment of your Gyne problem can help here too.
