Pediatrician 's  Response
hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

Involuntary movement of upper and lower Limbs could be due to calcium deficiency, seizure, tremor due to multi vitamin deficiency.

you should do calcium levels in child, complete blood count,l electroencephalogram should be done if tremors persists.

next time, this kind of involuntary movements occur then you should take the child to ER because it is very necessary to get the child examined during period of involuntary movements.

Review with above reports.
I hope this will help you.
Take care.

Regards, Dr Deepak Patel
